USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement is a legally binding document between you, also refereed to in this document as, member, your or user” and Lake Murray Digital Holdings, LLC dba Lake Life Trading Company, LLC, also referred to as, “www.LakeLifeTC.com, The Mobile Application, The Company, we, us and our”, Collectively referred to as “The Website”. This User Agreement applies to all material that we produce, including the website, the mobile application and another other media channels where The Website is represented.

By accessing the website, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the This User Agreement, as set forth by the owner of The Website. If you DO DOT agree with this document, then you are prohibited from using The Website, please exit now here. 

We strive to notify The User about any updates made to This Document by email but may not. You agree that you are responsible for periodically checking this agreement for updates, without provocation. The “Last Updated” date is listed at the top of this document and will be updated when any changes to this User Agreement occurs. 

Unauthorized Use of The Website

No person under the age of 18 years of age may use this website, as applicable by law. The information provided on The Website is intended for use by residents of jurisdictions where The Website’s contents are legal and should not be used by residents of jurisdictions where any content contained herein could be construed as illegal or immoral. You are solely responsible for determining if use of The Website is legal and moral where you access The Website.

Use of The Website’s Material or Media

For this User Agreement, material or media is described as any information that we produce, such as graphics, text, videos and images on The Website, without limitation. You agree not to copy, use outside of The Website, or otherwise distribute any material or media represented by The Website, without express written consent from us. Membership Refusal, Suspension or Termination

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE MEMBERSHIP, without recourse, to any person or entity whom we determine may be harmful to The Company or Our Members. Our intent is for you and others to enjoy and benefit from The Website, without exposure to bullying, threats, spamming, scamming, discrimination, exploitation, hatefulness or any other unacceptable behavioral activity. If we determine that you are a party committing any of these prohibited activity, we may suspend or terminate your membership, without notice or notification, without recourse.

We may, at our discretion, link to third party websites who are not affiliated to us. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse or recommend any information, service or products provided by third party sites. We expressly disclaim all liability to any harm or actions related to third party sites, without limitation. 

Governing Law / Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and in accordance with the state of South Carolina, USA and any applicable Federal Law of the United States of America, as set forth by law.
